Flexible Cancellation

Our flexible cancellation policy gives you more confidence when you book direct with us. 
We offer free cancellation for all rates (including prepaid bookings that are typically non-refundable) in case of border closures or other travel restrictions related to COVID-19, imposed by the authorities up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.
If you have booked your stay with an online travel agent or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly. 

Partially Refundable rate:
Free cancellation within 24 hours of making the booking. 
Cancellations up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Early Booker rate: 
Free cancellation up to 28 days before your scheduled arrival. 
Cancellations up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Standard rate:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellations 14-7 days before your scheduled arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee

Should a reservation be cancelled within the 14-day window prior to your arrival, due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we will waive the cancellation fees. In that case, guests have the option to have their deposit returned or receive a credit voucher for a future stay.
